Please see the applicable data processing addendum based on the jurisdiction for which Wunder is processing data on your behalf.

For European Union and United Kingdom data processing:

1. Wunder Processor DPA (for all data processing activities)
2. Wunder Individual Controller DPA (for data processing activities associated with provisioning Behavioral Ad Units and/or providing the Program)
3. Standard Contractual Clauses (for transfer of Personal Data out of the European Union)
